City services help line
3-1-1 is a free multilingual telephone helpline available in various municipalities across Ontario: Brampton, Halton, Peel, London, Ottawa, Greater Sudbury, Toronto, and Windsor. It gives residents, businesses, and visitors easy access to non-emergency City services, programmes, and information 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This service offers support in more than 180 languages.
