211 community and social services help line

Ontario 211 is a free helpline that connects you to community and social services in your area 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, in over 150 languages.  Call 2-1-1 or visit https://211ontario.ca/.


City services help line

3-1-1 is a free helpline available in municipalities across Ontario, including Brampton, Halton, Peel, London, Ottawa, Greater Sudbury, Toronto, and Windsor. It gives residents, businesses, and visitors easy access to non-emergency City services, programmes, and information 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This service offers support in more than 180 languages.
